Vendor Information

​Greetings Vendors!

The Vermont HomeBrew Festival will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from noon to 4pm at the Tuttle Lot, 113 Depot St., Bennington, VT.

We expect between 500 and 900 attendees, 50 Volunteers/Set-up crew, and 100 Home Brewers/pourers. This is a fun and relaxed festival with lots of beer/wine loving attendees. 

What we provide:

• Marketing for your business via this website, Eventbrite and FaceBook Page
• A Facebook, "Vendor Spotlight", where you can tell our audience about your business, what you will be selling, what sales platforms you use (Venmo, Paypal, CC, etc.) and links to websites/social media accounts
• Promotion on Printed Marketing Materials
• A 10'x10' space with room
• (1) onsite parking spot (accommodations are possible for large trucks and/or additional parking but must be communicated)
• Regular updates on the festival to include a detailed timeline for the day of the event, detailed site map, load in and load out instructions, and day of the event support.

What we do NOT provide:

• WiFi
• Tickets to consume alcohol (We can provide a discounted ticket to consume the beverages but it must be purchased prior to event) The Vendor Fee does not include beverage consumption.
• A tent
• Power (power may be possible but must be communicated prior to festival)

Additional Info:

• Please be prepared to bring all items necessary to set up your booth (including an ez-up tent/s) 
• Portable generators are allowed but only if QUIET

Cost:
Vendor Fee for Retail Space or Food Truck: $100
Info/Non-Profit: $75
